Our intent is to limit potential investor out-of-pocket expenses and provide a guaranty of monthly payments for ten years, or until the sale of the property if sooner, regardless of the property’s financial performance1..
In particular, the Eliason Double-Layer Master Lease is structured to cover all capital expenditures, including those that go beyond reserve amounts, to the full extent of Eliason Master Lease Corporation capital reserves.
