RSS FEEDS TERMS OF USE

Eliason offers visitors to the eliasongroup.com site updates, news and announcements via its RSS (really simple syndication) service in XML format. These Terms of Use govern your use of the RSS service. The use of the RSS service also is subject to the terms and conditions of Eliason’s Terms of Use/Privacy Policy that governs use of Eliason Real Estate Group’s website and content. These Terms of Use may be changed by Eliason at any time without notice.

Use of RSS Feeds

The Eliason RSS is a free service offered for non-commercial use. Any other uses, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS Content, are strictly prohibited. You may not edit or modify the text, content or links of RSS feeds and must use the RSS feeds as provided by Eliason.
