Current responsibilities. Directs the daily activities of the asset management, accounting, information technology, and property management departments and oversees the implementation of new programs to improve reporting efficiencies and processes to better serve the investor.

Professional experience. Real estate career spanning 27 years including senior-level operations and financial management positions with several national real estate investment firms. As CFO for CAMCO, Inc., helped build the company into a leading national property management company with a portfolio of 15,000 multifamily units and 2.5 million square feet of industrial/commercial space.

Expertise. In-depth experience in many facets of commercial real estate, including asset management, acquisitions, due diligence, dispositions and financial analysis.

Education. Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Holds real estate broker licenses in Illinois and Nevada.
