Current responsibilities. Structure and lead real estate investment negotiations in the best interests of clients and business associates utilizing financial knowledge and negotiation skills.

Professional experience. As Financial Manager for the Treasury Department of Amoco Corporation, responsible for mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, project finance, and planning and analysis. Also worked as a private practice attorney focusing on financial and commercial issues for a range of clients. Previously served as an international attorney specializing in tax planning and litigation for Fortune 100 clients.

Expertise. Financial, operational and legal commercial real estate investment experience resulting in closing more than $15 billion in international acquisitions, divestitures and financial transactions.

Education. Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University; MBA and a JD from the University of Michigan.
