Current responsibilities. Executive leadership of all Eliason business groups, including strategic planning, capital allocation, and corporate financing.

Professional experience. Co-founder of Eliason Incorporated and all related entities. Significant background in real estate acquisition, financing, management and sales. Previous experience in the banking industry. Strategically positioned the company as a diversified, national real estate company, as well as a leading sponsor in the Tenant-in-Common marketplace. Developed innovative Double-Layer Master Lease^®, which is intended to provide investors with additional stability and reliability.

Expertise. In-depth knowledge of all areas of commercial real estate investing, including ownership and master lease structuring, transaction structuring, financing, operations and asset management.

Education. Bachelor of Business Administration with double majors in Finance, Investments and Banking, as well as Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
